A Belbin "Job Requirements Report" provides great insight into what
behavioural characteristics are actually required and desirable for a job,
(and those that are not required or less desirable).
Inputs from the current "Job Manager / Owner" and those who currently
work in that role or similar roles can be used. The reports provide
valuable information for those recruiting for that role, and ultimately also
for the person selected to fill that role.
A Belbin "Job Comparison Report" enables candidate Profiles to be clearly
compared with the Job requirements to help assess them for suitability.
NOTE: The candidate needs to have completed a Belbin individual
profile in our system to provide the data for comparison.
There are 3 simple steps to making use of these reports:
Step 1: Job owner / manager those who know the job best complete a
Job Requirements Exercise on the role. This produces a Job Report.
Step 2: Candidates complete Individual Belbin profiles.
Step 3: Job Comparison Reports can be produced comparing candidates
to the Job Report for suitability in Belbin Team Role terms.

Accreditation is NOT mandatory to use Belbin, but is recommended and useful
for those planning to use the Model at depth. We can also run simple "How To"
