New Updates to the Belbin Online System: Some updates to navigation, shopping and terms of use are now live.

Unified Search Bar

We've added a new unified search bar to your account, allowing you to find all of your groups, teams and reports in one place. 

Enhance User Interface

We’ve refreshed the layout to provide a cleaner and more intuitive experience.

• The menu now appears on the left side of the screen

• This provides more screen space for your groups and invitations

Improved Shopping Basket Experience

The shopping basket has been redesigned to make it simpler to add, review, and edit items. If you want to initiate a purchase simply click the shopping basket icon in the top right and start an order. You can pay through card or request an invoice.

Updated Terms Of Use

As part of this release, we are also updating our Terms of Use. A key change relates to the handling of Belbin Reports.

We want to ensure responsible and compliant use of our proprietary content, so we have clarified thatBelbin Reports may not be submitted to AI Large Language Models (LLMs). This includes but is not limited toChat GPT, Copilotor any platform or tool that processes text using machine-learning-based generation or prediction.

This update helps protect the integrity, confidentiality, and intellectual property of Belbin materials. If you distribute or manage Belbin Reports within your organisation, please ensure that your teams are aware of this requirement.
