Belbin Global Symposium held at Cambridge University

The historic architecture and manicured gardens of Jesus College Cambridge provided a memorable backdrop for the Belbin Global Symposium.

Sabre's MD Talan Miller joined Belbin leaders and experts from over 25 countries who had gathered to explore the latest developments and insights into the model and its many uses for leaders, teams and organisations world-wide.

New features such as the multi-langauge platforms were launched and input gathered for many other exciting new features that are on the horizon.

One of the most impactful speakers at this meeting was the man himself, Meredith Belbin, who has been continuing his research into how genetic diversity can be managed to build healthier organisational cultures.

The Belbin Model continues to develop and expand world-wide and plays a vital role in building better teams and organisations across all forms of human organisations.
